She graduated in Tourism (2003) and Human Resources (2005) from the University of Granada. For over 9 years, she worked as a middle-manager in leading hospitality corporations such AC Hotels and Marriott International. From 2012 to 2014, she was lecturer at the University of Guadalajara (Mexico), where she participated in several research projects with the Mexican Secretariat of Tourism.
Ph.D in Management and Business Administration Sciences, her research has been published in JCR journals, and presented in more than 25 international conferences. Her main research focuses on issues related to human resource management, tourism, and leadership.
