She graduated in Business Administration and Management (2018) and completed an executive MBA degree in 2019 at the Rey Juan Carlos University. During this period, she has obtained remarkable recognitions such as “Extraordinary end of career award” and “Award for young researchers for the final master’s degree project”.
Currently, she is preparing her PhD thesis focused on examining the existing interrelationships between the environmental management systems and the human resource management, and how this latter one can facilitate the organizational changes required to move towards a firm´s sustainable approach.
