As coordinating beneficiary, Gresmalt leads the project and, crucially, provides the live industrial environment in which the dynamic assessment model is built, tested and validated against real production.
Beyond hosting the pilot, Gresmalt anchors the project's link to industry: translating an academic methodology into something a manufacturer can actually run, and carrying the results back to the wider ceramic district.

Its researchers develop the Life Cycle Assessment model, analyse the ceramic production process and define the environmental indicators needed to measure the impact of products and manufacturing activities.
This engineering and life-cycle perspective is what lets FORTURE transform production data into meaningful environmental information, supporting eco-design, process monitoring and more sustainable ceramic manufacturing.

Madrid · Spain · URJCURJC contributes the economic and social dimensions of the assessment. Its researchers develop the Life Cycle Costing and Social Life Cycle Assessment, and the overarching LCSA methodology that unites the environmental, economic and social perspectives into one framework.
