On June 7, 2018, Gresmalt and Rey Juan Carlos University held the second technical coordination meeting in Madrid, at the Department of Business Administration, Applied Economics II and Fundamentals of Economic Analysis.
The meeting focused on the progress of Action B6, dedicated to the integration of Life Cycle Assessment, Life Cycle Costing and Social Life Cycle Assessment into a sustainable decision-making model.
This action is one of the methodological pillars of LIFE FORTURE, as it connects the three dimensions of sustainability — environmental, economic and social — within a single framework designed to support industrial decisions in ceramic manufacturing.
During the meeting, the team analysed the results achieved so far in the integration system and planned the next steps for the development of the model. The discussion helped align the technical and managerial perspectives required to transform sustainability assessment into a practical tool for companies.
The meeting was attended by Davide Settembre Blundo, Fernando E. García Muiña and Thais González Torres.
