On January 11, 2019, the LIFE FORTURE project team met with researchers from Pontifical Comillas University in Madrid, together with representatives of the Spanish Ministry of Development.
The meeting took place at the university headquarters and involved researchers from the School of Engineering, ICAI, and the Faculties of Economics and Business Administration and Law, ICADE. Gresmalt, the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and Rey Juan Carlos University presented the project’s objectives, the results achieved so far and the work plan for 2019.
The networking activity was an opportunity to share the LIFE FORTURE approach with institutions working across engineering, economics, business and policy fields. The discussion focused on the future development of the project results and on possible areas of mutual collaboration between the organisations involved.
This meeting contributed to strengthening the project’s international network and to positioning LIFE FORTURE within a broader debate on sustainable development, industrial innovation and the role of life cycle-based tools in decision-making.
The meeting was attended by Fernando E. García Muiña, Davide Settembre Blundo, Anna Maria Ferrari, Rocío González Sánchez, Cristina Siligardi, Alessio Lelli and Veronica Checchinato.
