She has a PhD in Business Administration from University Rey Juan Carlos and a graduate in Economics and Business Administration from Complutense University of Madrid. Nowdays is Associate Professor at University Rey Juan Carlos having worked previously as junior auditor and controller.
She has contributed in several research projects like Privatization Processes in Europe: Corporate Governance and Firm Performance or The Cooperation Process: an application to R&D Cooperation Agreements and her field of research is focused on corporate governance and alliances.
Her extensive teaching and research experience in several universities and business schools has developed in the area of Financial Economics, primarily on Cost Accounting, Strategic Management and Information Systems Management.
